You'll see the Google Doc trick that lets you bypass Notebook LM's source limits (one document with up to 100 tabs counts as a single source), so you're never stuck juggling a dozen separate uploads. From there, you'll get four notebook setups you can copy directly: a business master brain, a course material notebook, a client notebook, and a competitor research notebook. Do I need to be tech-savvy? Not at all. If you can copy and paste, you can do this. We walk through uploading sources and prompting step by step.

Will this replace ChatGPT or Gemini for me? Not exactly, and that's kind of the point. Notebook LM is source-grounded, so it's not going to write in your voice or get creative the way ChatGPT does. Think of it as your starting point. You pull the grounded, accurate first draft here, then take it into ChatGPT or Gemini to refine it further.

What if I don't have a lot of documents to upload yet? You'd be surprised what counts. Call transcripts, old workshop recordings, testimonials, even a Google Doc of notes all work. We'll talk through what to start with even if your "sources" feel thin right now.

How long do I have access to the course? Once you purchase, it's yours to revisit anytime inside MemberVault. Work through it at your own pace and come back whenever you need a refresher.

Is my information private? Google has stated that Notebook LM doesn't use your uploaded documents to train its models, and it doesn't search the open internet. That said, use it at your own comfort level. I wouldn't put anything HIPAA-sensitive or similarly regulated in there.
